BEICO Industries Private Ltd offers a one stop solution for Insulation material used in electrical products. Our company has a Kit making facility which offers insulation material in ready to use form as per the requirement of the customer.
Through processes such as close tolerance slitting, cuffing, die cutting, heat forming, punching, etc., the electrical insulation material is converted to insulation components like Wedges, Slot Cover, Phase Separators, and Slot Liner as per the specification of the customer. These components are packed in individual bags referred to as "Insulation Kits".
Kit components are made from Electrical Grade Insulating Papers, Polyester Films, Nomex Aramid Paper, Composites of Nomex / Polyester/ Nomex, Nomex / Kapton / Nomex, Fleece / Polyester / Fleece (D/M/D), and other electrical insulation material.

We are the Authorised distributor of DuPont’s Nomex ® Paper and Boards which we supply to Premier manufacturers of Transformers and Rotating Machines.
We supply Nomex® Paper and Boards made by DuPont in various forms like sheets, rolls and also in Fabricated Forms to customer’s requirements.
  
Enamelled Copper Wires Products
The yearning to excel in new fields led us to diversify into the production of another product for the Electrical Industry - manufacturing fine and superfine copper Enamelled wires since 1995. The Wire Division of 54 people is located in Silvassa.
We set up State of the Art facilities comparable to any in the world. We are the only plant in India to start from and continuously use machines with ZERO level of emissions. With a current installed capacity of 2400 tons per year, this plant uses computer controlled precision machines.
This Division manufactures different types of Enamelled Copper Wires from Ø 1.18 mm to Ø 0.035 mm. We are recognized as a producer of speciality wires in Fine and Super Fine Guages. We are the major supplier to some of India’s leading companies like Siemens, Schneider Electric, L & T, C & S etc.
BEICO's wires are manufactured to IEC standards and are used by leading OEM's in the electronic, electrical & automobile fields, in India.
Machines to make Enamelled Copper Wires
Our Concept: To make a machine, which is very easy to use, has the lowest possible energy consumption is friendly to the environment, is easy to install, easy to maintain, and Advanced in technology.
We are constantly improving our products and services and we guarantee to adapt our machine perfectly to the specific needs and conditions of our customers.
The considerably high levels of our design engineers allow us to increase our range of machines and ensure a total connection between the needs of the customers and our products.
Our series of machines are called MEW, which stands for: Machines for Enamelled Wire.
We have currently designed and developed 3 machines:
The MEW machines are the latest in technology with Quick Change drawing machine and the whole process controlled by PLC + Supervision PC.
- Each line is divided in three units:
- The drawing machine
- The enamellings unit
- The take up.
- Connector plugs connect every unit in order to make the installation easy.
The control board is located in the enamellings unit below the enamellings oven. It is a single cabinet controlling all the units of the line. Every line has its own control panel to ensure complete independence and reliability.
The latest in electronic controls, which enables to communicate with the production executive to control and monitor the machine wirelessly through a laptop or a desktop. Wireless connection is available for a larger flexibility of the factory automation.
All the process data and alarms are organized in data base and trend charts. Everything is kept under control in order to guarantee 100% quality wire.
